Born in Lansford, she was a daughter of the late Emmett and Bertha (Stoudt) Heffelfinger.
A 1940 graduate of Lansford High School, Alma worked as a sewing machine operator for various textile operations in Lansford.
Surviving are three step-daughters; nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by brothers, LeRoy, Wilbur and Francis Heffelfinger; and sisters, Irene and Evelyn Heffelfinger.
Service: Graveside at the Grand Army Cemetery, Summit Hill, on Saturday, June 26, 2010, with the Rev. Marjorie Keiter officiating.
