JACOB RUSSELL BOLINGER Another of God's Gibraltars has been summoned. After having lived 55 of his 74 years as a member of the Flag Springs Church, Moniteau County, Concord Association, Brother Bolinger died March 26th. He reared a large family, three sons being at the present members of their father's church, one a deacon. He was constant in his church attendance and support, even unto death. He had been in the services on Sunday before his death. His influence will be felt for a long time. He was prominent in community and civic affairs. The vast concourse assembled to pay last respects bore evidence to the high esteem in which he was held. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. J. D. Gilliam, Jr., Buffalo, Mo., assisted by Rev. Wayne Masters, pastor Flag Springs Church Men like Brother Bolinger die but their power for good never dies.
