OBITUARY:
Harold E. Adams
Roselawn - Services for Harold E. Adams, 62, a 38-year resident of Roselawn who died Saturday, will be held at 11 a.m. at Todd Funeral Home, DeMotte. The Rev. Richard L. Gongiver will officiate, and burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Morocco.
He was born Feb. 22, 1909, a son of Walter and Jennie (Hoover) Adams. On Jan. 8, 1930, in Morocco, he married Lorene M. Roadruck, who survives.
He is also survived by two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Mary) Lowe of DeMotte and Miss Ellen Adams of Coralville, Iowa; two sons, Donald of Shelby, and James of Denver; eight grandchildren; and two brothers, Orville of Schneider, and Chester, of New Albany, Ohio. A son, Russell, preceded him in death.
Adams was employed as a shop worker for the Jasper County Farm Bureau Lumber Yard and was a member of the Farm Bureau.
Friends may call at the funeral home this evening.
