Robert Curtis Blount

Services for Robert Curtis Blount,31, will be at 2p.m. Tuesday at Hankins and Whittington Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Sharon Memorial Park.
Blount, of Hollywood, California, formerly of Charlotte, died Thursday as a result of a motorcycle accident.
Blount was a 1967 graduate of Harding High School and was a hair stylist in Hollywood.
Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Colleen Johnson Blount Laney of Bessemer City; one brother, Mr. Wayne Blount of Cabarrus;two sisters Mrs. Sheila B. Helmsand Mrs. Barbara B. McDaniel both of Charlotte; his stepfather Kenneth Laney of Bessemer City; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Johnson of Charlotte, and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Earlie W. Satterfield Teat of Charlotte.
The Family will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Johnson, 6031 Nations Ford Road, or friends may call from 7:30-9:00 tonight at Hankins and Whittington Funeral Home.
