Danny Lee Eaton, 55, of Rossville, GA died on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at a local hospital.
He was the son of the late Moses and Myrtis Wilson Eaton, and retired from the U.S. Army. He had also worked worked at Roper Corporation and Express Courier and attended Bibleway Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Sarah LouDean Eaton; three brothers, Moses J., William Howell and Thomas James Eaton.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Eaton, Rossville, GA; stepsons, Jason Lyons, Harrison, Tyler Lyons, Ft. Oglethorpe, GA, Thomas and Christian Eaton, both of Pennsylvania; five brothers, Edward Franklin Eaton, Hixson, TN, Kenneth Armstrong Eaton, Cookeville, TN, Ronald Robert Eaton, Winder, GA, Joel Curtis Eaton, Calhoun, GA, and Michael Allen Eaton, LaFayette, GA.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 27, 2010 at Heritage Funeral Home with Dr. Vince Estill Officiating.
Interment will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4 - 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 26, 2010 at Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory, Battlefield Parkway, Ft. Oglethorpe, GA.
