Funeral services were Dec. 27 for Clarence Douglas Goodnight, 81, of Sulphur. Rev. Jim House and Rev. Don Ritchie officiated at the services in Clagg Funeral Chapel. Interment was in Oaklawn Cemetery, with Clagg Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Goodnight was born Oct. 14, 1904 at Windom, TX and died Dec. 24 in Oklahoma City. He married Lois Hamby Jan. 6, 1934 in Sulphur. He was a retired employee of Oklahoma School for the Deaf. He was a member of Prairie View Baptist Church.
Goodnight is survived by his wife, a daughter and a son, Jeanett Dudley and Don Goodnight, both of Sulphur, a sister, Beulah Sweeten of Sulphur, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
