Mrs. Fredericka Rice, 65 years old, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Haus of Batavia Wednesday night following a six-weeks' illness with the grip. Mrs. Rice was a member of the St. Paul's Evangelical church and of the ladies' aid soceity. Besides Mrs. Haus she is survived by her mother, Mrs. Mary C. Albright of West Bethany and a son, Albert C. Rice of Attica, a daughter, Mrs. Christ M. Harloff of West Bethany, also three brothers and one sister. The funeral will be held this afternoon at the Forest Hill cemetery chapel at Attica, and the burial will take place there.
