Hoose - Millard E. Hoose, 83, 3 Proctor St. Died Saturday morning at Binghamton General Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Helen B. Hoose, Binghamton; two grandchildren, Mrs. Robert H. (Carole) Card, MrcGraw, N.Y. and Lynn L (June) Lester, Binghamton; three great-grandchildren; one niece and one nephew. He was a member of the Conklin Avenue Baptist Church. Arrangements are by the Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home, Inc., 71 Main St., where the funreal will be held Monday at 2 p.m. The Rev. John R. neubert, pastor of the Conklin Avenue Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home this evening from 7 to 9.
