BURDETT BURIAL RITES TO BE AT CHICKASHA

The body of Mrs. Ollie Burdett who died yesterday morning at the family home here, was sent last night by Boxwell Brothers to Chickasha, Oklahoma where funeral services will be conducted today.

Mrs. Burdett was 75 years of age. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Pearl Cox of Amarillo, two sons, Clarence Burdett and Les Burdett of Tacoma, Washington; and a granddaughter, Mrs. C. C. Armstrong of Amarillo.

FORMER RESIDENT TO BE BURIED HERE

Funeral services for Mrs. Allie Burdette, 76, former resident of Chickasha, will be held at Brown Funeral Home at 2:30 Thursday with Rev. H. P. Haley in charge.

Mrs. Burdette who lived in Chickasha many years before leaving about two years ago, died last night in the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. C. C. Armstrong, in Amarillo. The Burdettes came here in 1905. Mr. Burdette died in March 1923.

Survivors include; one daughter, Mrs. Fred Cox of Amarillo; two sons, Clarence and Jess who live in Washington state; three grandchildren, including Mrs. Armstrong and a great-grandson Charles Frederick Armstrong.
