I wish that I could say more about my brother, but we were separated for more than 26 years by difficult family circumstances. I was finally reunited with him by phone this past November around my birthday. I wish that I had gotten to talk to him more and been able to finally meet him in person. We hadn't seen each other since I was 3. I do know that he was kind, loved to cook and especially talk, LOL (the few times that we got to speak, he had kept me on the phone for several hours LOL)and that before Rheumatoid Arthritis limited his mobility, he was a truck driver and said that he missed the money(LOL), riding his motorcycle and the open road.

If I get to learn more about him, I will add it. When we reunited we had talked about getting me in touch with the 2 other sisters that we shared. He had said that he wanted to give it some time to see how they felt first. However, sadly and obviously, that never happened. I hope that they or someone they know comes across this and will get me in touch with them.

Rest in peace, Jerry. I love and will miss you, I do miss you and I'm so very sorry that we didn't talk more.

Love your baby sister,
April
