Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lina Baskett Bailey; two sons, Leonard B. Bailey of the home and John E. Bailey, Jonesboro; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Sue Cochran and one sister. Mrs. John Ward, both of Jonesboro.
