Memorial services for Carolyn Sue Perriera, 64, of Cadiz, formerly of Schererville, Ind., will be at 2 p.m. Friday at King's Funeral Home here. Don Mock will officiate. Burial will be in East End Cemetery.
Mrs. Perriera died at 6:35 p.m. Tuesday at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband, Patrick H. Perriera Sr. of Schererville; three sons, Patrick H. Perriera Jr. of Schererville, Joseph Lee Smith of Wheatfield, Ind., and Michael T. Perriera of Lowell, Ind.; three daughters, Carolyn M. Thomas of Hegewisch, Ill., and Patricia Campbell and Margie Bunch, both of East Chicago, Ind.; one brother, James Riddle of Henderson; two sisters, Anna Lee Brewer of Bedford, Ind., and Mary Alice Oakley of Cadiz; 18 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Perriera was preceded in death by her parents, Lemuel Thomas Riddle and Margie Ioda Hacker Riddle.
