Alisha J. Adams, 12, of O'Fallon, formerly of Lebanon, died Monday, June 21, 2010.
She was born June 3, 1998.
She is survived by her father, Marcus Adams, of Lebanon; her mother, Elizabeth Adams, of O'Fallon; her stepfather, David Bagy, of O'Fallon; a brother, Joseph Adams, of O'Fallon; a sister, Nicole Bernard, of O'Fallon; her grandparents, Amos Duquette, of Diamond; Debbie Adams, of Neosho; and Elizabeth and Dennis Mary, of Springfield; also aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services for Alisha J. Adams will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 25, 2010, at Pitman Funeral Home in Wentzville.
Burial will be in St. Philippine Catholic Cemetery in St. Charles, under the direction of Pitman Funeral Homes of Wentzville.
Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
Memorials have been established to the family for final expenses in care of Pitman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 248, Wentzville, Mo. 63385.
