Union, Dec 16. - Mrs Emma Van Dyke, aged 70 years, entered into rest at the home of her son, Henry Van Dyke, near Clint in Wolf Creek district, Monroe county, on Tuesday Dec 5. She was the widow of the late Jacob Van Dyke. Surviving are three sons, Messr Henry with whom she resided, Reece of Swords Creek, Va and Joseph Van Dyke; and two daughters, Mrs Ben Ratliff of Buchanan Co, Va, and Miss Pattie Van Dyke. The funeral of the deceased took place from the residence on the 6th inst.
