Carlos enlisted in the U.S. Army at the age of 16 and was employed and later retired as an operating engineer with Union Local 132. He was the longtime owner of the Belleview Inn of Belleville.
He leaves one daughter, Marcia and husband Bill of Walhalla, S.C.; and a host of friends.
Private cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Lambert-Tatman Funeral and Cremation Services, 2333 Pike St., Parkersburg.
