GREENSBORO— Mrs. Marceal Scott Burgess, 85, died Monday, April 25, 2005, at Moses Cone Hospital.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Guilford Memorial Park by the Rev. Gordon Miller.
She was retired from Container Corporation in Greensboro. She attended Christ Wesleyan Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul W. Burgess.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Loflin Funeral Home of Liberty.
