Frank Charles Harold served as a Brigadier General in the United States Army Reserve during World War II.

He was originally from the State of Ohio.

He was a graduate of the Ohio State University School of Medicine, Class of 1951.

At the time of his death, he was Commanding General of the 2291st U.S. Army Hospital, U.S. Army Reserve, Whitehall, Ohio.

He died of a heart attack at his home in Upper Arlington, Ohio.

He was listed as being married.

He was interred in the Gettysburg National Cemetery on November 15, 1971.
