CARROLLTON, Sept. 12 -- (Special.) Dr. Frank Russell, 70, died at his home in Eldred at 5 p. m., Sunday. Funeral services have been set for 2:30 p. m. Wednesday at the Eldred Baptist church.
Burial will be in Eldred cemetery. The Reverend W. W. Lewis will officiate.
His widow, Clara M., and a nephew, Leon Flatt, survive.
Dr. Russell had practiced medicine in Eldred for 35 years. He was the son of Spencer G. Russell and Louis Keller. A twin brother, W. M. Russell, died four years ago at Eldred.
