Swansea- H. Clea Jeffcoat, 74, died Aug 13 at his home after a long illness.Born in Lexington county, he was a of the late John T and Lula Cartin Jeffcoat. He was married to Virgie Lee Wise Jeffcoat. Surviving are his wife; a son, Reginald D. Jeffcoat of Swansea; two sisters, Eva L Jeffcoat of West Columbia and Imogene Church of Chester; and two grandchildren.
