THOMASVILLE--Mrs. Theresa Hoover Harris, 91, a resident of Piedmont Crossing, Thomasville, died Thursday afternoon, April 17, 2008, in the Thomasville Medical Center. She was born July 11, 1916, in Davidson County, a daughter of Charles M. and Eva Leach Hoover. She was a homemaker and a member of the Phi Beta Book Club. She was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church. She was married to Sam P. Harris, Sr., who preceded her in death, June 6, 1991.
Surviving are a son, Sam Harris of Mountain View, California; a brother, James B. Hoover of Thomasville and a niece, Eve Hoover of Hendersonville, North Carolina.A graveside service will be held Sunday, April 20, 2008, at 4 p.m. in Fair Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, with Rev.
