Services for Sarah N. Johnson, 14, of Lubbock will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Green Lawn Church of Christ with David Fraze and Dale Mannon officiating.

Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park under direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.

She died Sunday, May 2, 1999.

She was born Sept. 4, 1984, in Midland. She was an eighth-grade student at Smylie Wilson Junior High, where she was a member of the National Junior Honor Society and the orchestra.

She was a member of the volleyball, basketball and track teams at Smylie Wilson. She was a member of the Green Lawn Church of Christ Youth Group. She played basketball with the Lubbock Girls Basketball Association. She was named Teen of the Month in May at Smylie Wilson. She was class secretary at Nat Williams Elementary School.

Survivors include her parents, Bryan Keith and Lori Johnson of Lubbock; a brother, Joshua of Lubbock; her maternal grandparents, Gene and Inge Seward of Lubbock; her paternal grandmother, Peggy Johnson of Shallowater; and her great-grandparents, Hildegard Jeppson of Lubbock and Mary Fox of Savoy.
