KEITHVILLE, LA - Funeral services for Morris Lynn "Bugs" Womack, 68, of Keithville, LA will be held at 1 P.M. Thursday, July 15, 2010 at Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home Chapel, Coushatta, LA with Hospice Chaplain Dana Casey officiating. Interment will follow in Clear Springs Cemetery, Martin, LA.
Mr. Womack was born March 23, 1942 in Leonard, TX and passed away July 12, 2010 in Keithville, LA.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Grant and Christine Womack; two brothers, Grant Womack, Jr. and Billy Joe Womack; five sisters, Doradan Womack, Helen Del Real, Patsy Ann Smith, Audra May Copeland, and Vickie Jane Taylor.
Mr. Womack is survived by his wife, Bettie Council Womack; one son, Jimmy Burnes; three daughters, Connie Nowlin, Tracey Philen and Tina Queen; one brother, Wayne Womack; three sisters, Brenda Noyes, Judy Kay Pyle, and Carolyn Oliver; one special sister-in-law, Joyce McEuen; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Danny Nowlin, Sarah Pyle, Grant Formby, James Philen, Glen Noyes, and Jerry Pyle.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Willis-Knighton Hospice of Louisiana, 616 East Flournoy Lucas Road, Shreveport, LA 71115.
