Jacob J. Lampo, 83; formerly of East Moline, died yesterday afternoon in the Americana Nursing Home, Moline.

Services will be at 9:30 Friday morning in the VanHoe Funeral Home, East Moline, and at 10 in St. Mary's Catholic Church, East Moline. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Moline.

Luturgy will be recited at 7:30 tomorrow night in the funeral home, where friends may call after 2 tomorrow afternoon.

Mr. Lampo was born in Aardenburg, Holland, and married Celina VanDenNeste Jan. 14, 1911; Mrs. Lampo died in 1946.

Mr. Lampo was employed at John Deere Harvester Works, East Moline, for 30 years, retiring 19 years ago as a foreman.

Surviving are three sons, John and A. George, both of East Moline, and Robert, Moline; a daughter, Mrs. Margaret DeJonghe, Moline; 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Alphons and Carl, both of East Moline, and six brothers and sisters in Europe.
