Mrs. Catherine Pauline Rickard, 50, 505 Victoria Place, Woodville, died Friday, December 10, 1971, in Fremont Memorial Hospital, where she had been a patient since December 3.

The daughter of Paul and Catherine (Storrie) Anderson, she was born October 29, 1921, in Oklahoma. She was a resident of Woodville for 23 years and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband, James Robert Rickard; a son by a previous marriage, Ronal Rex Reynolds, Sacramento, California; three other sons, Sp. 4 James Rickard, Jr., U.S. Army, stationed in Germany, and Perry Lee and Michael J. Rickard at home; two daughters, Mrs. Iva Sue Riffle, Woodville, and Sandra Lynne, at home; one sister, Mrs. Ruth Newell, Montana; and three grandchildren.

Services were conducted at the United Methodist Church on Monday, December 13. The Rev. Mervyn L. Matteson officiated, and burial was in Westwood Cemetery. Arrangements were handled by the Mollgaard Funeral Home.
