Laura Elizabeth Garwood, 90, died at Tuesday, 8:22 a,m, at Columbia Nursing Plaza, Evansville, Indiana.

She was born August 8, 1900, near Fort Branch and resided in Evansville since 1926.

Mrs. Garwood was a member of Berean Bible Church, Evansville.

Preceding in death were her parents, Dow and Lodeana Mead DOUGLAS; and her husband, Curtis Garwood, in 1960.

Surviving are two sons, Curtis D. and William E., both of Evansville; two daughters, Laura C. Ogura of Antioch, Ill. and Betty Ann Foster of Evansville; 16 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Alexander, West Chapel, 2100 W. Illinois St., Evansville.

Friends may call at the chapel from 2 until 9 p.m. Friday.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Oak Hill Cemetery, Patoka.
