Harold Ivan Robertson

Harold Ivan Robertson, Sr., age 82, Springfield, passed away July 19, 2010. He was born December 19, 1927 in Springfield, the son of William and Samantha Robertson.

Harold served his county in the U.S. Army. Later he worked for Associated Grocers. Harold was a member of Bellview Baptist Church, Springfield. He greatly enjoyed fishing and playing bingo.

Survivors include: the love of his life, Nancy (Stewart) Robertson, Springfield; four children, Paula Moore and husband Richard, Nixa, Laura Dowler, Springfield, Mary Iorg and husband Mark, Sparta, and Harold I. Robertson, Jr. and wife Nicola, Ozark; a sister, Marie Ross, Springfield; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents; a great grandchild; five brothers, Paul, Jennings, Earl, Glenn and William Robertson, Jr.; and a sister, Dorthea Rowden.

Funeral services with full military honors will be held at 10:00 AM Friday in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark with Dr. J.R. Duncan officiating. Burial will follow in Hopedale Cemetery, Ozark. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Thursday in the funeral home.
