She was a native of Stokes County, and of the Christian faith. She was retired from Bassett Walker.
Surviving are family, George William Durham of Spencer, Va.; sons, David Durham, Fonty Durham, Donnie Durham, Timmothy Durham, Jan W. Durham, and Gary Durham all of Sandy Ridge; one daughter, Wendy Durham of Sandy Ridge; three brothers, David Nance Jr., Bobby Nance both of Sandy Ridge, Elwood Nance of Axton, Va.; eight grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Colonial Funeral Home, Madison, 7-9 tonight.
