Even though my Father passed just before I was born I was always made aware of what a wonderful man he was. My Father came to this country from Peru with big dreams that he fulfilled worked hard and brought his siblings to the U.S. from Peru.

He went to College in South Dakota were he was the field goal kicker on the football team. He then joined the Air-Force during Viet Nam War were he was a Airplane mechanic.

My dad then married my Mom Isabel Mera and became a wonderful Father to her 3 daughters Cynthia, Rebecca and Claudia (my Sister's) He woke up every morning with the music on and danced with my sisters while he helped get them ready for school. He loved music, playing the guitar, congo drums and his family. He worked for Western Airlines where he was greatly admired by everyone he met.

My Dad passed mysteriously in his sleep. I know he loves me even though we never met. I feel him from time to time and the feeling is a feeling of LOVE. "I love you Daddy and you are always in all of our thoughts and stories, You will never be forgotten."
