Andrea Logan Merriman was born June 13, 1988 in Pawnee, Oklahoma; the daughter of Charles Richard and Janice (Walker) Merriman. Andrea was taken from this world and went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Saturday, September 5, 2009 at the age of twenty-one.

Andrea was a lifelong Cleveland area resident where she was raised and attended school. She graduated from Cleveland High School with the Class of 2006. Andrea was also a graduate of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training at Central Vo-Tech in Drumright, Oklahoma and recently completed surgical tech training in Tulsa. She has been employed for the past couple of years while attending school with Cleveland Home Health, the Cleveland Manor Nursing Home and most recently at the Cleveland Area Hospital. She had also been previously employed at the Pawnee Nursing Home and the Oklahoma State University Medical Center.

Andrea was an outgoing and compassionate mother, daughter and sister who loved her family dearly. She loved music and could bring laughter to any conversation. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile and jovial personality by all who loved her.

She is survived by her son, Ryder LeeCage Merriman of the home; her parents, Charles Richard and Janice Lynn Merriman of Jennings, Oklahoma; grandmother, Fern Walker of Terlton, Oklahoma; two brothers, Blaze Neil Merriman of Cleveland, Oklahoma and Charles Douglas Merriman of Cleveland, Oklahoma; sister, Amanda Hope Merriman of Cleveland, Oklahoma; three neices, Memory, Gracie and Kyla Merriman; a nephew, Tyler Merriman; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 10, 2009 at the Western Heights Baptist Church with Rev. David Head officiating. Burial will follow at the IOOF Cemetery in Maramec, Oklahoma.Andrea will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. May she rest in peace.
