Hayes, Kenneth (Kenny) Ray, age 67, Retired Beechcrafter, passed away March 18, 2009, in Fountain Hills, Arizona. The visitation with the family present will be Tuesday, 6 - 8 PM, in the Garden Chapel of Watson Reflection Pointe, 3201 S. Webb Road, with services scheduled for Wednesday, 2:00 PM at Hillside Christian Church, 8330 E. Douglas in Wichita, KS. He was a devoted & loving husband, father, grandfather, brother & friend. He is survived by the true love of his life, wife Virginia, of 25 1/2 yrs; two sons, Terry of Granby, MO, Tracey & wife, Sandra of Blanchard, OK; two daughters, Renee, of Granby, MO & Steffany & husband, Don, of Louisburg, KS. He loved doing things with the grandchildren; Heather, Cheyenne, Erick, Alexandra, Shane, Kristoffer, Kayleigh & Andrew. 1st great grandbaby due in June. Brothers & sister-in-laws; Billie & Donna of Franklin, MA, Larry & Elaine of Wichita, KS & sister-in-law, Phyllis, of Wichita, KS. Proceeded in death by his mother & step-father, Jack & Mary Fisher; and his father, Charles Hayes & brother, Charles (Eugene) & infant brother, Donald. Kenny was born in Lyons, KS & attended Derby schools. He worked for the local Ford dealership and retired after 41 years at Beech Aircraft. After retiring together, Kenny & Virginia were avid travelers by full-timing in an RV for four years, they also enjoyed fishing & riding the Harley together. Memorials- American Heart Association or Hillside Christian Church.

Kenny died of a heart attack while riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle north of Phoenix AZ, mile marker 213
