Harry W. King, 91, of Chillicothe, formerly of the Toulon area, died Thursday, July 15, 2010, at Heritage Manor in Chillicothe.
Harry was born March 17, 1919, in Princeville, the son of Robert and Lillian Penn King. He married Virginia E. Woertz on Sept. 29, 1941, in Kahoka, Mo. She died Aug. 12, 2008, in Chillicothe.
Surviving are one daughter, Sandra K. (Greg) Martin of Chillicothe; daughter-in-law, Marla Woertz of Altona; one brother, Orville King of Toulon; and one sister, Velma Keckler of Toulon.
His parents; one son, Larry Woertz; five brothers; and three sisters preceded him in death.
In the 1940s, Harry drove a milk truck for Kraft Foods in Toulon. He also farmed in the Toulon and Princeville areas, retiring in 1988.
Burial will be in Streitmatter Cemetery in rural Princeville.
