Plot

I haven't proven that Jonas, Jane and the baby were buried in this cemetery but after much research it is assumed this is their resting place.

Jonas was born in Ljusdal, Halsingland, Sweden.

He married Lucinda "Jane" Wilson on 23 Feb 1865 in Mercer County, Illinois. Together they had 5 children: John, Charles, E. Dora, Esther and an unnamed infant. Jonas, Jane and the infant all died within days of each other and the other children were placed in an orphanage except for John who went to live with his uncle, William.
