A.J. Ferguson
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Vaiden Baptist Church for Mr. A.J. Ferguson, 69, retired farmer, who died suddenly at his home on Monday.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Daisy Stewart, 2 sons Hugh Ferguson of Poplar Creek & Billy Ferguson of Vaiden; 3 daughters, Mrs. James Pinkston of Birmingham Ala.; Mrs. Frank Stanton & Miss Betty Ferguson, both of Vaiden & 6 grandchildren.
Mr. Ferguson was born in Attala County. He was a member of the Vaiden Baptist Church. Burial was in the Vaiden Cemetery with Rev. John Wade officiating at the services.
Pallbearers were Claucus Grogan, Ralph Self, Vernon Welch, Alvin Armstrong, Forrest McClurg & Oglan Hambrick.
