ohn S. Ritzman, 46, of 39-1/2 East Church St., died Thursday night at his home in Sandwich after an extended illness.
Services will be 12 Noon on Saturday, June 9 at Torman Funeral Home, Paw Paw. Rev. Jack Heraty will officiate. Burial will be in Wyoming Cemetery, Paw Paw.
Visitation was Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Ritzman was born February 23, 1955 in Aurora, IL to Henry and Mary (Carduff) Ritzman. He was a 1973 graduate of West Aurora High School. Graduated from Waubonsee Community College with an Associates Degree. Worked as an auto mechanic in the Aurora area.
He is survived by his mother, Mary of Sandwich; three daughters, Sarah Ritzman and Cassie Ritzman both of Edelstein, IL, Elissa Ritzman of Aurora; two brothers, James of Murphy, N.C. and Henry Jr. of Plano; two sisters, Linda (Duane) Herren of Paw Paw and Mary (Jock) Kubica of Sandwich; also several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and one sister, Carol and grandparents.
