On 1935 Census, Lester and Pansy now have a 2 year old daughter, Angelee, and a son Earnest, who was just born that year. Lester is working for a nursery. Sadly, Lester & Pansy lost their baby son. Baby Earnest died before reaching 5 months old.

He was laid to rest in Fort Myers Memorial Gardens. Lester's wife of 57 years, Pansy, remained a widow until her death 2 years later.
