EARL O. BRAGG
---Funeral services for Earl O. Bragg, 76, of 4 Kirkwood Lane, will be held Tuesday afternoon (August 18, 1981) at 2 o'clock in the chapel of Foster-Fohn Memorial Home. The Rev. Carl Phipps will conduct the services. Music will be provided by Mary Werts singing "Going Down The Valley" and "When The Roll Is Called Up Yonder.' She will be accompanied by Dianthe Cable. Burial will be in Union Temple cemetery west of Kirksville.
---Mr. Bragg died at two o'clock Friday afternoon at his home. He had been in failing health for several months.
---Born Oct. 24, 1904 near Novinger, he was the son of Everett and Clara Mae Hall Bragg. On Nov. 4, 1926 at Novinger, he married Iona Rummerfield who survives. Also surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Betty) Moore of 2110 Crestline Drive; one granddaughter, Lorna Bragg; two grandsons, Steve Douglas and Mitchell Bragg; one sister, Goldie Muir of 2115 East Illinois and one brother, Pearl Bragg of Route 5, Kirksville.
---He was preceded in death by one son, Cecil Earl Bragg in 1979; one sister, Ruby Bragg and two brothers, Carl Bragg and Glen Bragg.
---Mr. Bragg was reared in the Novinger area, where he received his education. His entire adult life was spent engaged in farming until his retirement in 1974, when he moved to Kirksville.
---Bearers will be: Bill Harlan, Melvin Schillie, Leon Schillie, Delbert Truitt, Elmer Bragg and Neil King.
