He was born May 10, 1952 in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Frederck and Elsie Gilbert Falley.
Dan was an avid guitar player, and enjoyed teaching music. He owned Dan's Guitar Shop at 1400 South Kansas Avenue in Topeka.
One of his friends is quoted as saying Dan was hands-down "one of the best, if not the best," guitar player in town.
Dan is survived by his daughter Jennifer Falley of Topeka; four sisters, Colleen Wallisch of Hoyt, Sharon Thomas of Meriden, Donna Adams of Meriden, and Nancy Shaw of Ozawkie; one grandchild, Jordan Falley, and several nieces and nephews.
Dan will be missed by many students, fans, friends & relatives.
