Funeral services will be held July 22, 2010 at 2 p.m. at the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel for Mr. Jimmy Ball, 75, of Foxworth, who died July 19, 2010 in Hattiesburg. Interment will be in the Morgantown Cemetery. The Rev. Kenneth Rocko will officiate at the service. Visitation will be held July 21, 2010 from 2:30-9 p.m. at the funeral home. A native of Marion County, he was self employed in the trucking business and a member of the Pentecostal faith. He was preceded in death by wife, Frances Ball. Survivors include mother, Elma Ball of Columbia; two daughters, Melette McKenzie and Mona Dunaway, both of Foxworth; three sisters, Lois Stevens, Belinda Vince and Carolyn Lambert, all of Columbia; three grandchildren; one great grandchild. Colonial Funeral Home of Columbia is in charge of arrangements.
