Survivors include his mother, Edna H. Carr of Norfolk; and four brothers, Elbert
Carr of Richmond, and Norman Carr, Lewis Carr and Sidney Carr, all of Norfolk.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Riddick Funeral Service by
the Rev. Joseph Lamb. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Viewing will be from
2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Friends may join the family at 805
