Lucy C. Wopshall, 70 years, of Carver Blvd., died Friday afternoon March 1. Mrs. Wopshall was the widow of Albert H. Wopshall who died in 1985 and was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church. Her other memberships included the Mothers of Twins Club, the Epiphany Golden Rulers, the Glenwood Keenagers, the Lutheran Women's League, A.A.R.P., and she also was associated with Grace Lutheran Church and it's 76 Club.
Surviving are her sons Albert H. Jr. Lawrence W., Robert J and Thomas P. Wopshall; daughters. Mrs. Marilyn. Gomoll and Mrs. Kathryn J, Soto; 16 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; brother, Charles Kreutzpeinter and sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Vonk and Mrs. Agnes Spencley.
Visltatlon wIll be 2-5 and 7-9 PM Sunday. March 3 in the Neville Funeral Home-Reynolds Corners Chapel, 5052 Dorr St. near Reynolds Rd., (535-0951) where Funeral Prayers, will be at 9:30 AM Monday, March 4 followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM In St. Jude Catholic Church, 3650 Victory Ave. with Rev. Mark J. Herzog officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to the Lucas County Chapter of the American Cancer Society.
