Charles Oscar Anderson is incorrectly listed as the son of Oscar Arthur Anderson and Dale Moberg. The Oscar Arthur Anderson contained in this memorial was married to Amy M Taylor. They had one son named Ellis "Red" Anderson - Memorial ID 41655394. I am the great grand-niece of Oscar Anderson and have done a fair amount of research on this branch of my tree. I have a copy of Ellis' birth certificate listing Amy (alt. sp. Amie) and Oscar as his parents with his birth occurring on 30 Dec 1918 in Turlock, California. The son referenced in this memorial, Charles Oscar Anderson, was born less than one year later in Minnesota to a different mother. This makes it unlikely that this is correct. Searches on Ancestry.com often turn up Dale Moberg as a wife to an Oscar Arthur Anderson also born in South Dakota, but this is a different person from the Oscar Arthur Anderson married to Amy Taylor and father of Ellis Anderson.
