Funeral services will be held in Erie on Monday for
Max A. Depp,of 1301 Linden Avenue, Erie, who died
Thursday in Medicenter in Erie.

Friends will be received in the Burton Funeral Home,
602 West 10th Street, Erie;where services will be held
Monday.
Burial will follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery in Erie.

Mr. Depp was born August 24, 1905, in Punxsutawney,
a son of the late, George & Margaret Ferry Depp and was married to the former Isabel Van Dyke.

He was a member of the Kingsley United Methodist Church,
Tyrian Lodge # 362 F&AM; the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rites Valley of Erie, the Zem Zem Shrine, and the Mount Olivet Commandry, #30 KT.
He was also active in Boy Scouting and had received
the Silver Beaver Award in 1959 from the Washington Trails Council.
Surviving are his wife;
four sisters:
Mrs. Helen Gilliland, of Punxsutawney;
Mrs. Cora Lucas and Mrs. Rodger Bauer, both of Oil City,
and Mrs. Carolyn Schwab, of Falconer, N. Y.,
and two brothers:
Carl Depp, of Erie,
and George Depp, of Punxsutawney.
