Ohio State troopers are investigating a head-on crash in Fulton County late Monday afternoon that killed three people, including one infant.

Authorities say Karen S. Pinkelman, 45, of Lyons, was driving a 2004 Ford Explorer east on SR 120 near milepost three in Chesterfield Township around 5:00 p.m. At the same time, a 2004 Toyota Prius, driven by Tobin W. Benner, 29, of Lyons, was westbound on the same roadway. The two vehicles collided head-on, but troopers have not said what may have caused the crash.

Both drivers, along with 4-month-old Nash Donahue, were killed in the crash. Nash was the grandson of Karen Pinkelman.

Troopers have not determined if any of the victims were wearing seatbelts.

The crash remains under investigation.
