Mrs. Amanda B. Walters

Owensville, May 21 – Mrs. Amanda Belle Walters, 72, died at 6 o'clock Thursday evening at her home in Princeton. She was a member of the Gospel Tabernacle at Princeton.

Surviving are the husband, S.J. Walters; four daughters, Mrs. Dona Garrison and Mrs. Lucretia Madden of Owensville, Mrs. Myrtle Elliott of Princeton and Mrs. Ida Douglas of Ft. Branch; three sons, Elvin of Cynthiana, Lilburn of Owensville, and Wayne of Princeton; 21 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

The body will be returned to the residence at Princeton Friday afternoon from the Short & Holder funeral home here. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the Gospel Tabernacle in Princeton with Rev. Arthur Beaty officiating.
