MrSponsler had been a construction worker for many years & retired from HPlattCo. He was a member of Glenwood United Metho-dist Church, Mannerchor ErieTurners, Sieben-buerger & Zukor Clubs & Times-Old Newsboys Assn.
Survivors include widow Irene Madura Spons-ler; 5 daus: Jean (sp-Elmer) Ziegler, Marilyn McGraw & Kathleen Perkins-all Erie; Patricia (sp-Millford) Anderson-Mesa AZ; & Nancy(sp-Jos) Biscotti-ChagrinFalls OH; & 2 sis: Estella Sweeney & Vera Kuffer-both Erie.
Service will be held Saturday [2-27] at Ches-ter Schaal Funrl Home. Rev Jerry Gray-Glen-wood United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be at LaurelHill Cem.
