DERBY - Masters, Pauline J., 78, passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2010 after a courageous battle with leukemia. Visitation Friday 1-8 p.m., with family present 5-7 p.m.; funeral service 10am Saturday, both at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Road, Derby. Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Florence Carlson; sisters, Leona Gamblin and Bernadine Hare; brother, Delbert Carlson; grandchildren, Blake Hansen, Seth and Joy Masters. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Hershel Masters; children, Chuck (Janeen) Masters of Andover, Marla Sholin of Udall, Connie Masters of Mulvane; 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; siblings, Lorraine Murray of Mulvane, Gaynor Carlson of McPherson; numerous nieces and nephews.
