Son of Arthur Morrison and Martha Greer Worsham Strickland, husband of Josephine Grimsley.

FLORENCE - Lt. Arthur M. Strickland, 35, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Arthur M. Strickland of this city, was killed in action in Germany on March 1. He is survived by his wife, Miss Josephine Grimsley; one son, Arthur M. Strickland; two sisters, Mrs. Wilbur G. Howle of New York City and Mrs. David L. Smith of Wilmington, NC; and one brother, Lt. James T. Strickland stationed in the Hawaiian Islands.
