William G. Adams joined the Lincoln and Welland Regiment on 29th June, 1940 and served as a Sergeant. At the age of 18, he was commissioned as a Lieutenant. Bill was killed in action.

Bill’s father served in the Army during WWI, and two days of his brothers also served during WWII.
