We think of Vivian every Valentine's Day!

Vivian was the daughter of Mary Alice Miesse and William Allen Voss.

She and her husband,
Dr. Samuel Harrell of Noblesville, Indiana, built a magnificent Victorian house that is now on the Historic Register. The design is partially attributed to her mother, Mary Alice Miesse. Dr. Harrell and Vivian saw patients in this house before he and his brother Dr. Madison Harrell, founded a hospital, now known as Riverview Hospital.

Vivian also recorded family records in what she called "The Harrell Family Record." This is what she wrote about her family.
