Patsy Ann Means Sample, 28, was raised in Memphis, TN since she was age 6. She graduated from Kingsbury High School's first graduating class of 1959. Patsy was a member of the Leawood Baptist Church in Memphis, TN. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sibyl Brandon Brown of Memphis, and her father Gwynn Cherry Means of Saltillo, MS and her step-father William Horace Caldwell of Memphis. Patsy leaves three siblings, Billy Kyle Means and Michael H. Caldwell both of Memphis, and Johnny Brandon Means. Patsy was a homemaker and very beautiful inside and out. She leaves two young children, Sandi Joyce Sample and Brian Keith Sample.
